The project:
An exciting opportunity to join our Project Management Consultancy team to deliver a commercial project with infrastructure and landscape packages.

- You will work as part of the senior construction delivery team, guiding and influencing stakeholders.
- You will build strong relationships with clients and support the construction lead in translating the client’s vision into a deliverable onsite plan.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple construction packages, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budget and schedule.
- You will develop detailed short, mid, and long-term plans for successful project delivery.
- You will promote the business priorities through construction, digital & data, and responsible business practices.
- You will own safety, wellbeing, and quality deliverables for specific project sections.
- You will support managers in leading forecast meetings and provide guidance as needed.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with clients and design teams, ensuring QA processes are followed.
- You will provide technical expertise on Mace standards and ensure their implementation.
- You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business enhancements.
- You will work collaboratively towards net zero carbon goals, managing associated emissions reductions.

Requirements:
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Mace standards and their implementation.
- Proven experience managing multiple large packages of work.
- Planning and budget management skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Relevant NVQ or HNC qualification.
- Experience in a site-based managerial role.
- SMSTS and managerial/professional CSCS card.
