Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day delivery of corporate administrative, licensing renewal, labour & immigration services post company incorporation.
- Be operationally astute, recognise issues, recommend and provide solutions before the point of escalation.
- Ensure compliance with ADGM, DIFC, and other relevant UAE government authority regulations and deadlines.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor key KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance targets are consistently met.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ professionals, including client service officers, administrative support and PROs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training needs assessments, and implement staff development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the team.
Client Escalation & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of escalation for high-value or complex client matters.
- Ensure prompt, strategic resolution of client issues and complaints, maintaining long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including senior managers within ADGM, DIFC and other UAE jurisdictions.
Business Development & Strategic Upselling:
- Identify and lead upselling opportunities within the existing client base (e.g., additional entity set-ups, corporate secretarial services, accounting, tax, VAT, etc.).
- Support proposal development and custom service packaging, aligning operational capabilities with client-specific needs.
- Collaborate with other business units to develop targeted client growth strategies, leveraging operational insight to recommend relevant service enhancements
Thought Leadership & Brand Representation:
- Regularly contribute to industry op-eds, articles, and commentary pieces, positioning the firm as a trusted voice in corporate services, ADGM/DIFC structures, and UAE regulatory developments.
- Represent the company in webcasts, webinars, and panel discussions, sharing insights on operational trends, compliance updates, and best practices in corporate governance and entity management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and deliver high-impact content and speaking engagements that reinforce the firm's expertise and market leadership.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, law or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in a senior operational role within a corporate service provider, private family office or private client law firm
- Knowledge, experience and exposure of UAE Financial & Commercial Free Zones and the UAE's federal regulatory regimes;
- Proven leadership experience managing labour, immigration, and ongoing administration and renewal services for UAE-based entities.
- Commercial acumen and experience in upselling or expanding service lines within existing accounts.
