All About the Role
Advisors Deploy is a client-facing competency that partners with clients to drive measurable value through:

  1. Delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
  2. Implementing complex technology and transformation programs
  3. Strengthening client's internal skills and knowledge
  4. Transforming client processes and optimizing management practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roll-out: Lead product commercialization, recommend pricing, and support sales team training. Monitor product performance and resolve issues.
  • Client Profit and Growth: Support client profit initiatives, manage revenue and costs, and oversee product management and compliance.
  • Strategic Guidance and Support: Develop revenue-generating strategies aligned with banking strategies. Support sales teams in solving client needs.
  • Marketing and Campaign Execution: Oversee marketing campaigns to drive growth and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Lead internal training on product offerings.
  • Competitive Benchmarking and Pricing: Analyze market competition and review pricing strategies.
  • Product Innovation and Development: Lead development of consumer product strategies, monitor market trends, and execute product strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-product teams and stakeholders to improve products.
  • Execution and Implementation: Oversee delivery of large client programs, manage risks, and develop strong client relationships.
  • Team Work & Culture: Develop business recommendations, manage project teams, and contribute to Mastercard's knowledge base.

All About Your Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Fluent in local language and English; other languages (e.g., Arabic) desirable
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; project management tools preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in Cards Product Management
  • Regional experience (e.g., GCC) preferred
  • Willingness to travel
