Role: Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager acts as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with Investment Managers to deliver a holistic wealth management experience. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients and assets, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring high-quality service.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for client complaints and resolutions.
3. Prospect and acquire new clients and assets, building long-term relationships.
4. Collaborate with Investment Managers and other partners to deepen client relationships and support origination.
5. Provide regulatory-compliant advice, stay informed on market initiatives, and identify client financing needs.
6. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
7. Oversee AML responsibilities, including KYC and transaction monitoring.
8. Manage client suitability and appropriateness of investments, including order execution and compliance checks.
9. Participate in client events and marketing activities.
10. Maintain team routines such as prospect reviews and pipeline management.
11. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver Deutsche Bank’s value proposition.
12. Support strategic growth and uphold compliance and ethical standards.

Your Skills and Experience

1. 7/10/15+ years of relevant wealth management experience for VP/Director/Managing Director roles.
2. Established client network in the Middle East market.
3. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
4. Strong attention to detail and execution strategy.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Deep investment knowledge.
7. Understanding of regulatory frameworks like RDR, MiFID II, etc.
8. Professional integrity and a proactive attitude.
9. For senior roles, a robust client network is essential.
10. Willingness to develop team members; CFA, MBA or similar qualifications are advantageous.
