Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in a shipyard environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and supervise steel and boiler works in the shop, on board ships, or at other relevant locations to ensure timely completion, client satisfaction, and adherence to company commitments.
2. Inspect all work areas in the shop and on ships to determine work methods, manpower needs, and equipment requirements to meet delivery deadlines.
3. Conduct daily meetings with supervisors and ship coordinators to set job priorities, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.
4. Manage manpower, leave schedules, and overtime for section personnel.
