Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly, accurately and thoroughly
• Identify customer needs and provide resolutions to their questions/problems in a timely manner.
• Keep up to date with all new products, services, and procedures.
• Work closely with customers to understand their issues, provide feedback on their feedback/inquiries.
• Utilize all available tools to assist customers—email, chat, etc.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully.
• Stay in constant communication with customers and keep customers updated about their progress.

Requirements
