Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries quickly, accurately and thoroughly
Identify customer needs and provide resolutions to their questions/problems in a timely manner.
Keep up to date with all new products, services, and procedures.
Work closely with customers to understand their issues, provide feedback on their feedback/inquiries.
Utilize all available tools to assist customers—email, chat, etc.
Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully.
Stay in constant communication with customers and keep customers updated about their progress.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience in a similar position.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Computer proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
