We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager with Data Centre experience to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in costing for ELV . This role is crucial in ensuring accurate cost estimation and budget management for our construction projects, driving efficiency and profitability.

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to establish clear and accurate cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure cost estimates align with technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain pricing databases, cost models, and historical cost data to support accurate estimating.
- Review subcontractor quotes and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing on all components of construction projects.
- Monitor and manage project costs against budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project, identifying and reporting variances.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts to aid strategic planning and decision making.
- Conduct regular cost audits and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for cost savings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience - 9 to 12 years
- Hands-on experience with cost estimation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
