Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, market insight, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for expansion within KSA.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and enter new markets.
  • Actively reach out to prospective customers and partners to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed business and revenue targets.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build trusted relationships within target organizations.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure goal achievement.
3. Establish and Manage Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify and engage with potential strategic partners (e.g., retailers, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers).
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements that drive mutual growth.
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and monitor the success of partnerships.
4. Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services by understanding client needs and industry trends.
5. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing business deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel within the region as required.
