About the role:

The candidate must be a pro-active, innovative and creative individual with an eye for detail and flair for design. Bringing to the role inspired ideas and concepts. The designer must have the ability to work cohesively and methodically with other related departments in order to achieve mutual goals. The candidate must be highly organized, have the ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills. Previous experience using design software and proven work experience in interior design

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, encompassing client consultations, concept development, layout planning, and mood imagery.

- Concept Design: Understand clients requirements and concept development, space/layout planning, and mood imagery.

- 3D and 2D Design Proficiency: Develop and present visually appealing 3D designs using 3Ds MAX followed by detailed 2D plans.

- Supplier and Contractor Liaison: Collaborate with contractors, visit manufacturers and suppliers to ensure project alignment with design vision.

- Material Selection: Choose high-quality materials, including fabrics, marbles, finishes, electrical fixtures, sanitary ware, furniture, and accessories.

- On-Site Coordination: Oversee the construction and manufacturing stages, ensuring design fidelity and quality.

- Client-Facing Role: Be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into elegant interior designs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in luxury residential interior design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, contemporary, and minimal modern design skills.

- Proficiency in 3D and 2D design software.

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

- Ability to manage projects independently, with a knack for procurement and coordination.

- Must own a car and possess a valid driving license for site visits.
