Sanaa Electronic Wheel Balance is a fast growing automotive service and spare parts provider committed to premium quality and customer satisfaction. To support our expansion, we are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our parts & tyres sales division across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for spare parts and tyres.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed KPIs.

Expand the B2B and B2C customer base and build long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.

Requirements

5+ years of proven sales experience in automotive spare parts or tyres within the UAE/GCC.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing multicultural teams.

Solid technical knowledge of tyre ranges, parts catalogues, and ERP inventory systems.

Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Outstanding negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
