Job Description

Purpose: Provide proactive HR Business Partner support to Business units within assigned segments such as Retail, Marketing, Terminals, STP, etc. Handle generalist HR issues and coordinate key operational HR processes including talent sourcing, rewards, learning and development, employee relations, and diversity. Manage key projects and contribute to the development of strategic HR initiatives within the business segment.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities within the assigned area to achieve team objectives.
  2. Support business segments in implementing HR processes like sourcing, reward management, performance management, and learning & development to motivate employees and meet business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Professional Degree or qualification in HR, with specialized HR training.
  • Proficiency in HR functions, good communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with HR modules of ERP systems like Oracle HRMS.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, flexibility, customer service orientation, and willingness to learn.
Experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in the HR domain.
