Purpose: Provide proactive HR Business Partner support to Business units within assigned segments such as Retail, Marketing, Terminals, STP, etc. Handle generalist HR issues and coordinate key operational HR processes including talent sourcing, rewards, learning and development, employee relations, and diversity. Manage key projects and contribute to the development of strategic HR initiatives within the business segment.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in the HR domain.
