Al-Futtaim Health is seeking compassionate and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team at the HealthHub Clinic in Al Mirdif, Dubai.

Role Overview

The role involves providing high-quality care and coordination for patients requiring aesthetic treatments, managing healthcare and treatment needs, and maintaining communication between patients and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include ensuring patient needs are met, handling administrative duties, and assisting with case management.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently.
2. Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout their treatment journey.
3. Assist with aesthetic treatments and ensure patient satisfaction.
4. Communicate effectively with patients in Arabic and English.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
6. Travel as required across the network of Health Hub clinics in Dubai.

Qualifications
