Job Description:

Al Ain Adventure is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sales Department in driving revenue growth through group sales, corporate partnerships, and special events. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent client relationship management skills, and a passion for the leisure and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • Manage and grow group sales, including schools, corporates, and travel trade
  • Identify and establish corporate partnerships for bulk sales and sponsorships
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events such as festivals, concerts, and private functions
  • Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive client engagement
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or tourism sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
