About the role:

Responsible for the development of standard Financial Business Models, sensitivity analysis, risk management tables and the formation and consolidation of comprehensive and sophisticated Investment Proposal decks. in addition, Provide accurate and comprehensive financial data for incorporation in investment proposal decks to allow decision makers to develop Noatum Ports international footprint and increase financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with all internal stakeholders to understand business opportunities and oversee the consolidation of new business material into articulated Investment Proposal decks and Financial Business Models.
• Develop balanced and clear business investment opportunity proposals, managing scenarios and sensitivity analysis, risks and mitigations.
• Ensure that sources of data and market and commercial intelligence are consistently tracked and recorded in a database.
• Conduct market research to identify and track investment trends, including economic data, industry-specific data, and company-specific data.
• Prepare market intelligence and general business reviews into consolidated highly visual decks
• Prepare and improve standard templates for Investment Committee decks and financial model. Maintain Model Library.
• Maintain Financial Model library, ensuring the consistency and integrity of all financial models’ data and calculations.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
• Fluent Business English.
• 8-10 years of related experience.
• In-depth experience in financial modelling, data analysis and financial analysis.
• Excellent Excel and superior MS PPT presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Risk management skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with co-workers and stakeholders.
• Ability to source accurate and reliable market and financial data from diverse sources for locations and industries worldwide.
