Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with our product management team and key stakeholders to understand their domain/business areas, their key drivers and provide insights to guide data-driven decision making

• Work closely with our cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, and enhancements, to ensure data accuracy and relevance

• Identify, collate and transform a range of data sources to create a structured and usable central data pool

• Use statistical tools and techniques to analyse data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, interpreting findings to draw meaningful conclusions

• Create and maintain insightful and clear visualisations to communicate data to stakeholders at all levels of the organisations

• Provide valuable recommendations for appropriate data warehousing, analysis and reporting tools

Requirements

• You’re an all-rounder with the ability to dive into, understand and provide insights into a variety of data types, from acquisition data to customer behaviour to financial transactions

• You’re experienced in working with multiple types of data sources, including CRMs, analytics software and project delivery and engineering software

• You’re proficient in a range of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, PowerBI and Tableau, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to new software

• You’re a hands-on data specialist capable of delivering value in our as-is state, whilst helping guide future strategic direction of the data domain

• You’re excited by, and have experience in, the world of FinTech

• You’re a confident and clear communicator who’s able to clearly explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, delivering value for everyone from the delivery teams to the C-suite

• You’re skilled at data visualisation, with the ability to produce concise, insightful and easy-to-understand reporting to help bring findings to life and drive impact

• You’re an enthusiastic, driven individual able to prioritise and manage your workload independently
