Secretary Position
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the management team.

  3. Prepare, manage, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and reports.
  4. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel schedules.
  5. Assist in maintaining records of property listings, transactions, and client databases.

Qualifications:
