Job Description: Regional Sales Manager at Oracle

Overall Responsibility: Oversee regional sales, third-party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize Oracle's opportunities across all products and lines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training on Oracle's sales processes.
  2. Potentially manage a Regional or Branch Manager.
  3. Sell and promote Oracle products, negotiate prices, concessions, and sale terms.
  4. Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  5. Build relationships with license, consulting, and education managers to develop joint account plans.
  6. Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue.
  7. Generate and meet monthly revenue forecasts.
  8. Manage escalations effectively.
  9. Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.

Additional Information: Locations include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
