Our client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain their IT systems both onshore and offshore. If you're ready to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced maritime setting, we want to hear from you!

  1. Manage and maintain all company and vendor IT equipment onshore and offshore.
  2. Supervise VSAT, software, and IT hardware rental contracts.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for office and vessel users.
  4. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user accounts.
  5. Install and update software, hardware, and antivirus systems.
  6. Resolve network and server access issues for end users.
  7. Coordinate with domain and hardware vendors to resolve issues.
  8. Maintain and improve IT policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of information and operational systems.
  3. Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Good command of the English language.
  6. Experience with software installation and network troubleshooting.
  7. Familiarity with IT budgeting and digitalization planning.
