The firm's diverse team of 150 talented lawyers are from 35 different cultural backgrounds and can speak 22 languages. Our lawyers are well-equipped to navigate complex legal landscapes and tailor advisory approaches to the needs of various industries.

We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to the join firm's dynamic marketing team in its DIFC office. This role is perfect for candidates with marketing experience, ideally from professional services sectors, who are eager to develop their strategic thinking, campaign planning and content creation. Supporting the firm's Marketing Manager, this role will collaborate with lawyers both in Dubai and across other jurisdictions of the firm's presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone eager to develop their career in marketing within a dynamic and innovative law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate creation of content for internal and external audiences, including website, email marketing, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate development of marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. Update practice group descriptions, lawyers biographies, and projects.
  • Assist in panning and organising industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Coordinate attendance and follow-up for sector conferences and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Coordinate submission process for directories and awards. This includes collecting relevant input, preparing drafts, and assisting with follow-up communication with directories teams and fee earners.
  • Coordinate thought leadership and PR opportunities for lawyers. Assist with the external profiling, including providing help with press releases and other campaigns.
  • Maintain internal marketing databases and trackers.
  • Track marketing budgets and report on spend.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Hands-on marketing experience, in B2B marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative approach with experience working with senior leadership
