Job Description
- Identify and engage top-tier talent in the oil & gas construction industry through proactive research and networking.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit for specialized roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop precise job specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company culture.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and professional networks, to attract niche skill sets.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a talent pipeline for current and future project needs.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on market conditions and candidate availability.
- Implement and optimize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.
- Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's brand presence and network with potential candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the oil & gas construction sector.
- Proven track record in headhunting and direct sourcing of specialized roles in challenging markets.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages relevant to regional markets is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications within the oil & gas construction industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
