We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team to manage our key accounts.

A professional, who will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across the assigned markets, and driving sustainable growth for the company's Professional portfolio in B2B environments such as industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

The role will focus on expanding market presence, growing distributor and end-user engagement, and delivering profitable share gain while upholding the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a winning go-to-market and sales strategy for Gulf markets.
  • Define and deliver against clear KPIs for revenue, margin, distribution growth, and market penetration.
  • Lead joint business planning with key distributors and partners across priority countries.

2. Team Leadership & People Development

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing, multicultural indirect sales team across multiple geographies.
  • Foster a strong performance culture based on trust, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams.

3. Customer & Channel Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, including large end-users and strategic distributors.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing structures, and value-based selling strategies.
  • Expand the company's footprint in underpenetrated sectors such as healthcare, education, and manufacturing.
  • Ensure prompt payment based on agreed terms

4. Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and other sales enablement tools.

5. Compliance & Brand Representation

  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with global ethics, safety, and brand standards.
  • Represent the company's brand with integrity and purpose in all stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in hygiene, facility management, or industrial products.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country distributor teams and delivering results in complex markets.
  • Deep knowledge of the Gulf, Levant and North Africa market dynamics with existing relationships.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region (approx. 3040%).
