Job Description

Type: Full time - Onsite

As a Performance Marketing Team Leader at PSdigital, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive growth and revenue through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to set and execute performance marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.

Job Requirements
  • Advanced level in planning, managing, and optimizing PPC, programmatic, native, and social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and ads)
  • Extensive experience in E-commerce campaigns in the MENA region on the website and mobile apps
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking and analytics tools like GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio.
  • Good knowledge of SEO and Email Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
  • At Least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and mobile-first advertising plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Leadership skills are a must
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
