Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Calendar Campaigns
- Support in the timely implementation and execution of the 360° launch of campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, digital, retail, branding, etc.) and agencies (creative, social) to execute and optimize marketing calendar campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives.
Social Media
- Work closely with the social media agency to develop and execute content calendars for both paid and organic social.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into our campaigns and content.
Community Management + Social Listening
- Collaborate with the community management team to keep them updated on campaigns, offers, and guidelines.
- Proactively monitor and analyze online conversations, mentions, and trends around the brand social media platforms to gain valuable insights into customer sentiments and market trends.
Brand Compliance
- Support marketing teams (Digital, Merchandising) to ensure all content aligns with brand design guidelines and tone of voice.
- Uphold and reinforce the brand identity across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising agency experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where pro-activity is necessary.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools.
