What will I be doing

As an Outlet Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional Guest and Team Member experience. You will also manage, train, and develop team members, and operate within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing restaurant operations
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the restaurant team
  • Handling guest queries promptly and efficiently
  • Working within budgeted guidelines for Food and Payroll
  • Driving sales to maximize revenue
  • Developing menus in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team
  • Conducting monthly stock takes
  • Incentivizing team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Setting departmental targets, objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Evaluating guest satisfaction and focusing on continuous improvement
  • Ensuring effective communication through meetings and documented minutes
  • Maintaining environmental awareness
  • Assisting other departments when necessary and fostering good working relationships
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
