Job description

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies within assigned markets
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs
  • Lead negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
  • Represent Powernsun at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management — preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Strong understanding of solar components and system configurations (On-Grid, Off-Grid, and PV-Diesel Hybrid)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings
