zenda is an education-focused fintech company. As a fintech partner to schools and educational institutions, we aim to rebuild financial services tailored to the sector's needs, simplifying payments for schools, institutions, and parents.

Our proposition is to help schools consolidate all payments in one platform, enhancing collections, follow-ups, and reconciliations through automation. We enable schools to go fully digital with flexible payment options for parents, such as installment plans, ensuring timely payments. Our goal is to empower anywhere, anytime payments.

Within 24 months of launch, we have become the largest player in the UAE with approximately 20% market share in the K-12 segment. We are grateful for the trust from parents and schools, which has helped scale zenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the overall relationship with clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, and ensuring retention.
  2. Serve as the daily contact for clients, building trust and rapport, identifying opportunities, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  3. Establish a trusted, strategic advisory relationship to maximize the value of our products and services.
  4. Resolve issues escalated by clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to problem-solve and strategize for upcoming client meetings.
  7. Gather, analyze, and own customer success metrics and data for assigned key accounts.
  8. Require 5+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles.
  9. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Have an analytical, process-oriented mindset.
  11. Preferably have technical competence and understanding of SaaS products.
  12. Be passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  13. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
  14. Startup experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  15. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
