Job Description

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by dealing with member/client enquiries in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries regarding eligibility, plan benefits, claims status, policy terms, and conditions, striving for first call resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and business partners about insurance coverage and claims.
  • Provide payment confirmations or clarifications as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to the Team Leader or Senior Officer.
  • Adhere to Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and internal policies.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Behavioral Skills: Networking, Negotiation, Communication, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus
  • Education/Certifications: University Degree, preferably bilingual
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or tele sales; no insurance experience required
