Role Description

This is a permanent onsite role for a Sales Support Engineer at our head office in Ajman. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with sales operations such as preparing quotations, submittals, ensuring product compliance, offering technical assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, resolving technical issues, liaising with sales teams to streamline operations, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
