We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Customer Service team. Successful candidates will undergo extensive training, including systems and customer service skills, and will be assigned to various areas such as Emirates Airport Services, dnata, marhaba services, and the Contact Centre.

Airport Services Agent (EK/dnata) & marhaba Services Agent

As an Airport Services Agent, you will deliver top-tier customer service during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Marhaba Services Agents provide exceptional travel assistance to VIPs, marhaba clients, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs, ensuring high-quality care throughout their journey.

II. Back-office Role

Contact Centre Services Agent

This role involves being the voice of Emirates, providing accurate information about our services through digital channels like chat and social media or via voice support. The role is vital in ensuring customers feel valued and supported at all times.

Job Specific Requirements For Back-office Roles
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean
  • Customer and sales focus to deliver excellent service and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Ability to type accurately and quickly, maintaining excellent written communication skills for messaging-based roles
