Marhaba Services Agents provide exceptional travel assistance to VIPs, marhaba clients, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs, ensuring high-quality care throughout their journey.
Contact Centre Services Agent
This role involves being the voice of Emirates, providing accurate information about our services through digital channels like chat and social media or via voice support. The role is vital in ensuring customers feel valued and supported at all times.
