Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide end user support onsite or remote.
  2. Maintain excellent knowledge of MS Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11 operating systems.
  3. Perform installation and troubleshooting of MS Office products.
  4. Possess strong troubleshooting skills for Outlook, MS Office, and Management Portal.
  5. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with LAN/WAN issues, especially on HP Aruba switches.
  6. Install, configure, and troubleshoot various types of printers.
  7. Configure email accounts on PCs and mobile devices.
  8. Handle Avaya PABX phones.
  9. Manage and troubleshoot CCTV DVRs, Time Attendance Machines.
  10. Hands-on knowledge of Azure Active Directory, both on-premises and cloud backup monitoring and management.
  11. Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and record updates.
  12. Knowledge of backup systems.
  13. Familiarity with Video Conferencing Systems and Interactive Smart Screens.
  14. Handle Bio Metric Systems and Applications.
  15. Demonstrate a proactive approach and suggest improvements to procedures.
  16. Maintain a positive attitude towards user support and possess strong communication skills.
  17. Ability to work with senior management and across multiple sites.
  18. Submit IT or other necessary reports and asset inventory reports as needed.
  19. Willingness to travel within Dubai.
  20. Preferred experience in the Retail domain.
  21. Candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience.
