MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To manage and deliver end-to-end solutions for Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Fusion HCM, and other HR Systems by leading implementation, integration, support projects, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, design, and implement solutions using Oracle eBusiness Suite HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Provide techno-functional leadership in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self-Service, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Talent Management.
  • Analyze business requirements, translate into functional specifications, and configure HRMS modules accordingly.
  • Guide on HR policies and practices, ensuring system alignment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Support system design, data migration, and reporting as a key technical contact.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, conduct workshops, meetings, training, and communicate project updates.
  • Lead problem-solving for complex HRMS issues, manage incidents, and collaborate to resolve root causes.
  • Drive continuous improvement within HRMS and Fusion HCM ecosystems, support post-implementation activities.
  • Ensure timely project delivery, mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, with 3+ years of experience.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 10-12 years of Oracle EBS HR Techno-Functional experience, with multiple implementations and support roles; airline operations experience is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OAF, ADF, Workflow Builder, Oracle Cloud HCM integration, middleware, APIs, and Oracle EBS R12 architecture; APEX knowledge is a plus.
