Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Director of Private Banking in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing business relationships, finance, investments, portfolio management, and private banking services.

Job Description

The role involves maintaining, developing, and servicing client relationships requiring private banking services and products. The organization features an open architecture platform, is regulated by DFSA, and was built by bankers for bankers seeking a more entrepreneurial environment where clients come first.

The Successful Applicant

• Over 10 years of experience in priority or private banking
• Experience gained at reputable international private banks; if at a local bank, prior experience should be at a reputable international bank
• Managing fewer than 25 relationships with high wallet share; managing assets over US$25M+ as an Associate Director or over US$50M+ as a Director
• Regional work experience and knowledge of compliance guidelines for onboarding clients
• Stable career over the past 5 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university; additional education and professional qualifications are advantageous
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and a self-starter
• High work ethic and personal integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

1. Leverage your financial network and existing client relationships to build and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients in Dubai.
2. Clients should have a minimum investment of USD 1 million to open an account.
3. Promote the private bank's platform and services to attract new-to-bank clients and their families.
4. Collaborate with internal investment and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, insightful client service.
