We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our sales division. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, building key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with Grid Properties business goals and project timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales managers and executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive revenue generation through off-plan project sales, bulk deals, and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key brokers, investors, and institutional clients locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and optimize lead conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and buyer behavior to refine sales tactics.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Represent Grid Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and investor meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, with at least 3 years in a team management role with a developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding high-value sales targets, particularly in off-plan developments.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and buyer segments.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a plus.
