Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives in the MENA region. You’ll focus on building partnerships, identifying new revenue channels, and expanding market presence for our wallet ecosystem and cold wallet solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, or similar Web3 services, particularly in fast-growing markets like the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new B2B clients (exchanges, asset managers, family offices, custodians)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for wallet and cold storage services
  • Represent CipherBC at key industry events and conferences in Dubai and the wider MENA region
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and institutional clients
  • Stay up-to-date on regional regulatory trends and contribute to compliance-driven sales strategy
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to tailor solutions to client needs

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within digital asset custody, wallet technology, blockchain security, or crypto infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of cold wallet systems, key management, and wallet ecosystems
  • Strong network in the crypto, fintech, or institutional finance space, especially in MENA
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with exchanges, custodians, or security firms
  • Multilingual ability (Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian is a plus)
  • Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML, and regional digital asset regulations
