Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins and inquiries. This role involves using Opera Cloud for reservations and maintaining guest reports. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform check-in/out of guests using Opera Cloud.
  • Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries, and handle incoming calls.
  • Prepare occupancy and guest reports.
  • Maintain daily group and individual arrival reports.
  • Inform guests about hotel rates and services; create, cancel, and confirm reservations.
  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs.
Qualifications
  • Work experience in the UAE as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
