Join our 2025 Launch Graduate Program in Dubai as an Associate Analyst in Account & Product Management. This 18-month global development program offers recent graduates two 9-month rotations to build skills and gain exposure to various business areas.

Available Opportunities

Specify your preferred function or indicate openness to all roles. For 2025, roles are available in:

  • Product Management: Analyzing user data, understanding Mastercard's business operations, conducting research, and translating business requirements.
  • Account Management: Developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering solutions, and managing pipelines.
What You'll Need
  • Available to start on 3rd March 2025 or 1st September 2025
  • Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or graduated after September 2024 in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Valid UAE visa
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proactive attitude with ownership and drive to succeed
