Job description

This position focuses on promoting and selling Racking & Storage Solutions, Material Handling Equipment, Diesel Forklifts, and Access Platforms (including brands like Godrej, Crown, Flexi, and JLG) in the Dubai and Northern Emirates region. The role demands proactive market engagement, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a range of industrial equipment including Racking & Storage Solutions, Material Handling Equipment, Diesel Forklifts, and Access Platforms.
  • Engage with clients across all sectors private companies, government departments, and individuals.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
  • Identify new business opportunities through media searches and cold calling.
  • Communicate regularly with the Line Manager for market updates, quotation follow-ups, and system improvement discussions.
  • Monitor and report on competitor offerings including products, catalogs, pricing, and benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and escalate defaults to the Department Head.
  • Promote post-sale service and maintenance contracts to customers.
  • Submit regular reports including customer visit logs, inquiry records, weekly planners, and quotation status updates.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Industrial and Construction Equipment sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure
  • Completed sales and product training
  • Presentable appearance
  • Arabic Speakers (preferred)
  • Valid UAE Driving License
