Job description

I am searching for a UAE Country Manager to oversee all aspects of my client's high-end luxury boutique restaurants. This is an international brand operating in over 45 countries worldwide.

The successful candidate must have pre-opening experience as there are a further 5 restaurants in the pipeline, in addition to the 12 successful restaurants already in operation in the UAE.

A background in luxury F&B is essential, along with multi-unit operational experience, preferably with some experience in Europe.
