Job description

My client is part of a global business services organisation looking to recruit a HR & Admin Manager in a newly created position.

The Role

As HR & Admin Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager on site. Your remit will be varied and will include the following duties:

  1. Implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a smooth running of HR operations
  2. Managing a team of around 10 (HR & Admin staff)
  3. Responsible for recruitment internally
  4. Managing and reviewing the compensation & benefits for the company
  5. New employee onboarding
  6. Performance management
  7. Employee relations
  8. HR reporting to GM and Group
  9. Handling of all day to day issues within HR and Admin
  10. Providing assistance within the contracts team when required
Job Skills

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

  1. 5 years minimum experience within a HR generalist management position - essential
  2. Knowledge of UAE labour laws - essential
  3. Excellent communication skills - essential
  4. Educated in Europe - essential
  5. Fluent in English - essential, Fluent in French - highly desirable
  6. Confident personality and can work in a fast paced environment - essential
