Job Description
Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for maintenance, repairs, setup, or service works, creating an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under the guidance of AV Supervisor and within the limits of the established Rixos Hotels policies and Operational Standards Manual, responsibilities include providing efficient, personalized, courteous, and punctual service with technical skill. Collaborate with the team to ensure all AV equipment are in good working condition.
MANDATORY (ISO IMS COMPLIANCE): All employees must adhere to the ISO Integrated Management System, including Quality, LQA, Environment, Health, Safety & Risk Management policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs, and other legal requirements. Participation in risk management, environmental impact assessments, pollution prevention, energy and water conservation, quality enhancement, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement is strongly encouraged.
