What we're looking for:

Ogilvy Delivery is central to our transformation into a modern marketing company. As Head of Delivery, you will be a strategic leader and trusted advisor, overseeing the entire process from client brief to post-mortem, optimizing efficiency and operational effectiveness across MEMAC Ogilvy’s largest accounts and the entire agency group. You will partner with Client Servicing to ensure operational discipline, delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability. You will analyze, solve, and present new processes and solutions that foster client growth, collaborating with Ogilvy’s extensive resources and capabilities. You will advise senior clients and agency leaders, champion flawless creative execution, and inspire teams to perform with excellence and courage. You will work closely with the MENA CEO, Group President, and in-market MDs to achieve margin targets through executional prowess and commercial acumen.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:

  • Review and improve agency procedures and systems, starting with the UAE.
  • Evaluate and recommend a fit-for-purpose PMO structure across all markets.
  • Reduce scope creep for key clients.
  • Improve timesheet system accuracy and completion rates.
  • Oversee resource allocation, SOW development, and performance metrics reporting.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Ensure optimal resource management for client projects.
  • Utilize Ogilvy’s offerings and tools to address complex client challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong cross-capability collaboration skills internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on profitability and margin improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Delivery, Production, or Program Management within an agency, consulting, or IT industry, with Change Management experience preferred.
  • A strategic, influential thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel creative work and maintaining leadership relationships.
  • Expertise in managing complex business challenges and leading diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of creative culture and agency operations tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Experience in sales activities like proposals and RFP responses.
  • Knowledge of agile and iterative project management methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
