We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership while also contributing to strategic initiatives through detailed market research and company profiling. This hybrid role combines administrative excellence with analytical capabilities to enhance decision-making and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Market Research & Company Profiling:
  • Conduct in-depth research on markets, industries, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to create clear, actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed company profiles including financials, management structure, market position, and recent developments.
  • Monitor industry news and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Support strategic planning, partnership evaluation, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a research-oriented role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Statista).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a consulting, finance, or startup environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
