The Role

The Senior Manager supports operations at assigned locations, ensuring all elements—team performance, customer service, financials, maintenance, and safety—meet Metropolis standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure every moment matters for our clients by resolving requests efficiently and proactively communicating improvements.
  2. Conduct routine visits to ensure proper operating procedures and identify operational issues.
  3. Support team and clients beyond regular hours when necessary.
  4. Manage accounts within budget, make recommendations to address variances, and oversee revenue protocols and deposits; manage P&L.
  5. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team, ensuring proper staffing to deliver excellent customer service and perform daily duties.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and problem-solving.
  • Experience creating and maintaining budgets.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
