Job Title: Junior HR Officer

Job Brief:

The HR Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by maintaining accurate records, managing HR documents, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee relations. This role ensures compliance with company policies and labour laws while providing administrative support to the HR team and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to staff and department heads on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, posting ads, arranging interviews, onboarding, and hiring.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and manage work schedules, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Maintain employee contracts and NDAs as per company policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and labour document renewals with PRO & Admin Officer.
  • Issue HR-related documents such as NOCs, salary certificates, etc.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Administer benefits programs including medical insurance, leaves, and allowances.
  • Facilitate offboarding and conduct exit interviews.
  • Update the organizational chart and support annual manpower planning.
  • Monitor HR processes and suggest improvements.
  • Guide department heads on HR procedures.
  • Maintain HR reports and track key HR metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Prior experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour law and labour office procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer use and HRIS systems
  • High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
