- Bachelor's degree required. BE is preferred

- Experience working in a similar role (at least 1 year)

- Exposure to Excel and SQL

- Deadline driven, team player with strong customer focus

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business in analyzing problems, driving solutions, and documenting processes.

The candidate should have a good understanding of business requirements and the ability to quickly identify the root cause of reporting/BI/data issues, and draft solutions for resolution.

The ideal candidate would be highly attentive to detail, proactive, and interested in analytics/BI/automation.

Key job responsibilities

1. Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to support business decisions. Validate data for accuracy.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve existing processes through automation/enhancement.
3. Generate innovative ideas for new initiatives or process improvements.
4. Be open to learning and developing skills in new technologies and analytical techniques.
5. Understand how data and analytical frameworks translate to ground-level business impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
2. Experience in data mining, ETL, and working with large-scale, complex datasets in a business environment.
