HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Driven by a strong performance mindset, you will work closely with the Commercial Director in supporting the UAE's long-term strategic plan, partnering with the wider commercial team on key strategic topics, and providing market intelligence data to foster a performance-driven culture across the organization.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Commercial Director in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role within the Commercial structure, collaborating with all Directors and Managers. Your focus will include:

1. Manage current Performance:
   • Provide weekly estimates & comments by boutique, channel, and market for the commercial leadership.
   • Compile and lead short, medium, and long-term forecasts for all channels.
   • Deliver timely reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to market managers.
   • Coordinate market analysis and business planning with the Regional Business Planning team.
   • Monitor retail equation matrix and KPIs at various levels.
2. Drive Performance Development:
   • Define commercial priorities across channels.
   • Provide market intelligence on trends, tourism, real estate, macroeconomics, geopolitical, and digital data.
   • Support commercial managers with insights into network and business performance.
   • Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, and Clients departments for analysis and insights.
   • Assist in sell-in & sell-out performance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
   • Support ExCo meetings with analysis and follow-up.
3. Elevate Performance Mindset:
   • Act as the main contact for networks and departments regarding performance inquiries.
   • Develop new reporting tools to enhance business analysis.
   • Promote performance awareness among managers.
   • Participate in 3-year planning with market insights and forecasts.
   • Support strategic presentations for the MD.
4. Develop Performance Management Efficiencies:
   • Analyze and propose ways to simplify and improve network performance management.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You should have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting within a large international organization. A degree in Business Management, Development, Finance, Economics, or related fields is required. You must possess strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Knowledge of the UAE and Middle East is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional languages are advantageous.
