- Greet and welcome VVIP clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Develop long-term relationships with high-value customers by offering tailored product recommendations and personal shopping services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client preferences, purchase history, and service expectations.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive VVIP sales performance through proactive clienteling and upselling.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Organize private viewings, in-store events, or personalized shopping experiences.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of VVIP transactions, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, CRM, merchandising) to ensure seamless VVIP service delivery.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all client and transaction information.
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
- Stay updated on current collections, limited editions, and brand stories.
- Educate clients on craftsmanship, materials, and exclusivity of products.
- Embody the brand image in grooming, behavior, and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or business.
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury sales or high-net-worth client servicing.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Proficient in CRM tools and POS systems.
- Strong cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
