Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive cum Goldscheme to join our Luxury Goods & Jewellery team. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales while representing our prestigious brand. The successful candidate will also oversee the development, implementation, and management of gold schemes, aligning them with customer needs, market trends, and organizational goals.

In this role, you will greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and build strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets. You will help customers find the perfect piece of jewellery that fits their style and preferences. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the showroom, including ensuring displays are attractive and inventory is organized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a memorable shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, maintaining contact for repeat business and referrals.
