Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a ADNOC-Approved Project HSE Manager to HSE initiatives on-site, ensuring strict compliance with ADNOC standards and project-specific HSE plans. This is a technical, contact-oriented role involving regular field presence, safety inspections, coordination with engineering and construction teams, and active participation in risk assessments and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of HSE plans in accordance with ADNOC CoPs and international standards.
• Conduct technical safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at the project site.
• Maintain ADNOC compliance by ensuring SSOW and PTW systems are enforced.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed technical reports, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with construction, mechanical, and electrical teams to integrate HSE measures into project execution.
• Deliver toolbox talks, induction training, and emergency response drills.
• Interface with ADNOC representatives during safety audits, site visits, and technical reviews.
• Prepare and submit HSE statistics, monthly reports, and KPI dashboards as per ADNOC guidelines.
• Supervise HSE Officers and site safety personnel, ensuring high technical standards and daily presence on-site.
• Assist in the development of JSA and HIRA for critical activities.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BEng in Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical or Environmental preferred)
• NEBOSH IGC, Lead Auditor certifications
• ADNOC HSE approval card/certificate (mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 10 years in the UAE
• Proven experience in site-based HSE management and technical safety operations
