Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and highly organizedProperty Management Assistantwith at least3 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, specializing inresidential and holiday home properties. This role supports the property management team in handling all administrative tasks, tenant and guest coordination, property upkeep, and day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth management of residential and short-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for leases, guest stays, maintenance logs, and property inventories.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants, guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (digital and hard copies) for all property-related documents.
  • Assist with invoice processing, petty cash records, and expense tracking related to property management activities.
  • Arrange cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping services for holiday homes between bookings.
  • Handle tenant/guest complaints, maintenance requests, and follow up with vendors for resolution.
  • Conduct property inspections (pre-arrival, post-departure, periodic checks) and document findings.
  • Schedule property viewings for potential long-term tenants or guests and coordinate access for viewings.
  • Prepare leasing documents and offers for residential tenants under supervision of the Property Manager.
  • Coordinate utilities setup, disconnections, and bill payments as needed for managed properties.
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the property management office, including office supply orders and general administrative tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

? Minimum3 years of experience in property management or administrative roles in Dubai, focusing on residential and/or holiday homes.

? Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience withproperty management softwareis a plus.

? Excellent communication skills in English.

? Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

? UAE driving license with own car mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with regular site visits to residential and holiday home properties across Dubai.
